Grants and vesting, recorded as they are
RSUs and options with their grant dates and vesting; the vested part counts toward your net worth, the unvested part stays visible as context.
Equity compensation is easy to receive and hard to see clearly: grants, vesting dates, taxes, concentration. Prisvera gives it a calm place next to everything else you own.
RSUs and options with their grant dates and vesting; the vested part counts toward your net worth, the unvested part stays visible as context.
Record the vesting-time tax percentage so what actually lands matches what you expected.
How much of your net worth lives in one company, yours included? Seeing the weight plainly is the first step of any diversification reasoning.
Your vesting calendar flows into scenarios, so the future you reason about includes the shares that are on their way.
Everything above is computed on your device, over data encrypted end to end. Only you can see your figures. How the encryption works, in detail
Figures make this concrete. Suppose you are granted four hundred restricted units, vesting a quarter each year over four years.
Four hundred units, the grant date, the company behind them and the date each tranche vests. Until a tranche vests, Prisvera holds it as contingent: visible so you can see what is on its way, and kept out of the figure you already hold. Options and warrants are recorded the same way, with their strike price alongside.
A year later, one hundred units vest. If your company withholds shares to cover the tax, you record that percentage on the grant: at forty per cent, sixty units stay with you and the rest never reaches your account. What moves your net worth is what actually landed, not the headline number on the offer letter.
Those sixty units now sit beside your accounts, your funds and your mortgage. If one company holds a quarter of everything you own, the view says so plainly. Concentration is not an alarm. It is a fact worth understanding while you still have time to act on it.
Every figure here, the unit count and the price and the percentage, is encrypted on your device before it is stored. The arithmetic happens where you are.
All three. Each grant is recorded as restricted units, options or warrants, and options and warrants carry their strike price, so what you read is the part that would actually be yours rather than the gross share price.
No. Unvested grants are held as contingent: present in the view so you can plan around them, absent from the figure you already own. A tranche joins your net worth on the day it vests.
There is no account connection anywhere in Prisvera, by design: no credentials to hand over and nothing to breach. You record a grant once and revisit it when something happens to it. Prices for listed companies refresh on their own.
