Real estate, next to everything else
Your home, a rental, a plot: recorded with their value and their story, contributing to the same net worth as your portfolio.
A property is not a line in a brokerage account, and yet it may be most of what you own. Prisvera holds real estate and market investments in the same calm view.
Your home, a rental, a plot: recorded with their value and their story, contributing to the same net worth as your portfolio.
Half a flat with a sibling, a third with partners: Prisvera scales value and totals to your share, and shows the full figure when they differ.
The mortgage lives next to the property it finances, so what you see is the honest net: value minus debt.
Illiquid assets have no daily price. Update your estimate when reality gives you a reason, and the whole view follows.
Everything above is computed on your device, over data encrypted end to end. Only you can see your figures. How the encryption works, in detail
Figures make this concrete. Suppose you own half of a flat valued at three hundred thousand, with a hundred and twenty thousand left on the mortgage, alongside a portfolio of funds.
The flat goes in at its full three hundred thousand, with your ownership set to fifty per cent. A hundred and fifty thousand counts toward your net worth, and the full figure stays visible beside it, because the two answer different questions and you will want both.
The outstanding hundred and twenty thousand is recorded as a liability, with your share of it counted the same way the flat is. Sixty thousand against a hundred and fifty leaves ninety thousand of genuine net worth in that flat, which is a very different sentence from owning half of three hundred thousand.
Your funds are priced by the market, several times a day. The flat is priced by your judgement, a few times a year. Both feed the same total, and neither is asked to pretend to a precision it does not have.
The valuation, the balance and the ownership share are encrypted on your device before they are stored. Our servers hold text they cannot read.
You record your ownership as a percentage, and Prisvera scales the value and every total that includes it to your part. Where your share and the full figure differ, both are shown, so a jointly held home never quietly inflates or deflates what you think you own.
From you. An illiquid asset has no daily price, and inventing one would be worse than admitting the gap. Update your estimate when reality gives you a reason: a comparable sale, an appraisal, a change in the street. Everything downstream follows from there.
Yes. A loan is recorded as a liability with its outstanding balance and its repayments, in the same view as the assets it paid for, so the figure you read is value minus debt rather than value alone.
